How Mature Are You?: I am very mature at most times.
Do You Have a Mic?: Yes, I do.
Age? (14+): 14.
Timezone?: EET
What battalion/regiment?: Pilots
Past experience as a commander?: I have been a commander for a while on SWRP. I have been a pilot commander on multiple servers now gone. I have been a General of the pilots on one CWRP and I have tons of leadership experience over the years I have played.
Tell me why we should choose you as a commander: ( At least 1 paragraph ) I believe you should choose me for commander because of my past experience. I do not wish to brag but I have convinced the owner to add the piloting regiment onto the server. As I said before I have been a commanding officer of piloting regiments many times on many servers. One of my proudest moments as a Pilot Commander was reaching pilot dominence on a server with 20ish players. A quarter of the players were pilots on in that moment. I had 5 pilots on on a 20 player server. I know that doesn't sound like a lot, but it was one of the biggest and bestest of the regiments on the server. Another proud moment of mine is on Drex Imperial. There, I was the SFC Wing Commander. That is where I had a tryout cap placed onto my regiment by the high command. It has always been my pride and joy seeing a pilot's regiment prosper. It is always satisfying seeing a clean take-off and landing and formational flying. It is hard to train your troops to be perfect in every way, but it is a challenge I am willing to take.
How Would You do Your Tryouts?: ( Phases )
I would have 2 phases of my tryout.
Phase 1 would be basic training. That is where I would test out their basic training. The tryout would be 2 strikes. Faces would be given out in sequences that they will have to do. For each wrong face, one strike is placed. After that comes formations where they get 5 seconds to do each formation the right way in ranking order or they get a strike. After that I would test out their trigger discipline. There, they get 1 strike if they shoot me as I walk past.
Phase 2 is me asking them some questions to get to know them. After the tryout has ended, I will give them their flight training and proceed with the enlistment process
